Account Manager – Personal Lines Insurance

A well-respected brokerage in the Hamilton region is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join their team. In this role you will be a trusted advisor your clients rely on to protect what matters most. You'll build lasting relationships by providing personalized insurance solutions, guiding clients through policy options, and ensuring they receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain solid client relationships
• Assist building the book of business through new sales
• Handle incoming customer service calls
• Retain clear and concise documentation and records
• Ongoing commitment to expand your insurance industry knowledge

Qualifications

• RIBO license
• Minimum 3 years of personal lines experience in a brokerage setting
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient on Compuquote, EPIC and company portals
• Ability to thrive in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail
