Personal Lines Account Manager
Our client is a Dallas-based independent insurance agency with a positive, lively culture. They are a growing team that has a family oriented environment that work together to provide the best possible service to their customers. They are a full service risk management firm that has consistently grown double digits year over year since their inception in 2011. That growth is driven off of referrals from customers, centers of influence, and having great people to serve them.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Advise and support clients with inquires around various insurance coverages, policies and terms
- Strengthen relationships with existing customers by providing excellent customer service
- Work with producers to maintain high customer retention
- Manage customer communication & documentation
- Assist customers with coverage & billing questions via phone & email
- Process policy changes, updates to billing, cancellations & reinstatements
- Facilitate the claims process, as needed
Requirements
- Customer Service background
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Strong Problem solving skills
- Detail-oriented
- Positive attitude
- Preferred bachelor's degree or insurance background
- Proficient with Microsoft Office/ Google Workspace
- P&C insurance license and experience required
