Role Role:
The Personal Lines Account Manager will manage a high-volume personal lines book of business while delivering exceptional customer service and support to policyholders. This position is ideal for an organized, service-oriented insurance professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced and team-focused environment.Responsibilities
- Manage a personal lines book of business consisting of approximately 1,000–1,200 clients
- Provide exceptional service and support to policyholders
- Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
- Respond to client questions regarding coverage, billing, and claims support
- Review policies and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention efforts
- Collaborate with internal team members to support agency growth initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty License required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
- Team-oriented mindset
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload effectively
Preferred Background
- Insurance agency experience preferred
- Experience managing personal lines accounts within an independent agency environment
- Familiarity with AMS360 and carrier management platforms
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to client service
- Experience handling a large book of personal lines business efficiently
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $60,000 – $80,000
