Job Title: Personal Lines Account Specialist / Account Manager
Location: Boyertown, PA
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing team. This role focuses on account management, policy servicing, renewals, and limited remarketing with no direct sales responsibilities. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and skilled at managing personal lines accounts across all lines of coverage.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met.

Manage all aspects of policy administration, including issuance, renewals, and endorsements.

Act as the primary client contact, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues.

Review clients’ insurance portfolios and provide recommendations to optimize coverage.

Ensure accurate documentation of all client interactions and transactions.

Conduct risk assessments and provide strategies to mitigate exposure.

Prepare proposals, certificates of insurance, and supporting documentation.
Qualifications:

1–5 years of personal lines insurance experience, preferably as a CSR, Account Manager, or Specialist.
- Must hold a current PA State Insurance License.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Proficient in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of independent work in a small office setting.
Compensation & Benefits:

$50k–70k depending on experience
