A preeminent plaintiff's civili litigation firm specializing in personal injury is seeking a litigation attorney with 3-6 years of experience to join their litigation/ trial team. The attorney will mainly focus on motor vehicle accidents, premises cases, and product liability cases. The firm offers full benefits, work/life balance, autonomy and competitive compensation. Prior experience in litigating personal injury cases is a requirement. This is an in-office position based in Los Angeles, CA. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in California. Compensation will be based on experience and will range ($150,000-210,000) plus incentives.

Responsibilities:

  • The attorney will focus on personal injury litigation stemming from motor vehicle accidents, premises cases, and product liability cases
  • Draft/Respond to Complaints, Motions, Discovery, Meet & Confers
  • Take and defend depositions, including expert depositions
  • Attend hearings, pre-trial conferences, trials
  • Retain expert witnesses, and develop trial strategies
  • Research and legal analysis
  • Negotiate and settle cases
