As a Personal Injury Claims Negotiator, you will play a critical role in managing and resolving insurance claims. This position offers a competitive base salary with the opportunity to earn significant bonuses based on performance, contributing to an on-target earning potential of $80,000 to $100,000 in the first year. The role requires a proactive individual with a firm understanding of pre-litigation processes and a strong skill set in negotiation and client relations. This is an on-site position with no remote option, welcoming candidates willing to relocate to become a part of our dynamic team.
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage a caseload of 50-100 personal injury insurance claims.
- Communicate directly with insurance companies and clients to negotiate fair settlements.
- Work collaboratively with the legal team to ensure a cohesive approach to case management.
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on assigned claims to facilitate case resolution.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the firm's strategic planning.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in personal injury claim negotiation.
- Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of personal injury law and claim handling.
- Ability to manage a large caseload independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
- Must be able to relocate to Lancaster, CA, or reside within a reasonable commuting distance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of or familiarity with Antelope Valley is considered advantageous.
- Proven track record of securing claims settlements above policy limits.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with diverse clientèle and internal teams.
