Job Summary

A privately held organization is seeking a highly organized, proactive Personal Assistant to support a self-made global executive with both business and personal responsibilities. This is a newly created role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoys being a trusted right hand.

This position is ideal for an up-and-coming professional who values learning, growth, and building a role from the ground up. Industry background and resume pedigree are far less important than initiative, reliability, and authenticity. Candidates must be able to travel (international and domestic as needed). Culinary experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive personal and administrative support to the executive

  • Manage email and personal correspondence

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries

  • Handle calendar management, appointments, and meeting scheduling across time zones

  • Assist with personal tasks such as household coordination, reservations, and logistics

  • Serve as a liaison with vendors, service providers, and professional contacts

  • Track priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups

  • Handle ad hoc requests and special projects as they arise

  • Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems

Qualifications

  • 1–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role preferred

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and trustworthiness

  • Comfortable managing shifting priorities and confidential information

  • Tech-savvy with email, calendars, and common productivity tools

  • Willingness to travel as needed

  • Flexible, adaptable, and detail-oriented
