Job Description
Our Client is a specialist financial advisory services company offering an extensive range of investment management and financial planning services to international and Southern African investors. Registered with the SA Financial Services Board (now the Financial Sector Conduct Authority) since 2000, the company has evolved into a holistic wealth management company. Today, their staff complement comprises 19 advisers, operating from offices around the country, who collectively manage over R3 billion in assets.

One such advisor will be opening up a new office based in Century City, Cape Town, and requires the services of a dynamic and experienced Personal Assistant

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Communicate with clients telephonically and electronically
  • Compliance - FICA, FAIS and Due Diligence (data gathering and filing)
  • Data Capture on CRM system (Elite Wealth) – updating existing and new client info and record keeping (workflows/tasks)
  • Forms administration (Prepopulating apps, sending to clients, managing the return and capturing of the forms/submitting to the Financial Institute) - for investments, risk, etc.
  • Processing instructions and prepare application forms for- redemptions, Transfers and switches for local and offshore investments for clients
  • Assist to prepare client proposals, quotes and annual reviews with the various Financial Service Providers
  • Fluent in MS Word and other Institutional portals that you would be required to navigate through on a daily basis
  • General admin support (calendar management, emails, travel bookings) and client assistance
  • Own vehicle and valid drivers' license

  • Accept accountability and take responsibility for tasks done and follow them through

Experience:
  • At least 10 years' experience in the financial industry, preferably Insurance / wealth (investments)
  • Advanced knowledge Windows Packages, Zoom, MS Teams
  • Tertiary qualification in Admin / RE qualification – advantage
  • Ability to converse in Afrikaans - advantage

Working hours:
  • Monday to Friday, 09h00 - 16h00

Salary:
  • R 18,000 - R20,000 pm CTC, depending on the level of experience
