We are seeking a well skilled, highly productive team player to work with their programs as a Perioperative Clinical Nurse Manager.

Description: The Perioperative Nursing Clinical Manager functions as administrative supervisor of complex work areas by coordinating and directing the work of area staff. In order to manage multiple patients and staff teams, managers demonstrate the ability to multitask and delegate to achieve desired end results for the healthcare consumer through; quality initiatives, patient safety reporting, and performance improvement. As managers stay in communication with various team members in the healthcare setting, managers should also demonstrate good communication skills to identify issues and solicit cooperation for resolution. Clinical managers are responsible for the daily fiscal accountability by appropriate utilization of all resources.

  • Must be graduated from an accredited school of nursing, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Must be licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina or one of the compact states.
  • 3-5 years experience in a speciality area, recent management experience preferred.
  • Current BCLS certification and current national certification in area of speciality.
