PeopleSoft HCM Functional SME

We are seeking a PeopleSoft HCM Functional SME with hands-on expertise in implementation, upgrades, and end-user support for a REMOTE long-term contract. This role requires a strong understanding of HCM modules and the ability to bridge functional requirements with technical execution.

Responsibilities:

• Lead or support PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 functional upgrades (preferably 8.9 → 9.2)

• Provide functional expertise in one or more modules:

  • Core HR / Workforce Administration

  • Benefits Administration

  • Time & Labor

  • Payroll Interfaces

  • Talent Acquisition Manager / Candidate Gateway

  • FMLA and/or COBRA Administration

• Gather requirements, perform fit/gap analysis, configure systems, and support testing

• Collaborate closely with technical teams on integrations and customizations

Qualifications:

• Strong functional PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 experience

• Prior upgrade experience preferred

• Public sector or union-based workforce experience strongly preferred
