Our client is a 5* boutique resort with less than 100 units and multiple F&B outlets on an idyllic beach on a tropical island in Philippines.
The Resort is still in pre-opening phase, opening is scheduled for Q3 2026.
Note that this resort is located in a magnificent, but remote location.
This is a #1 role in HR and will be reporting directly to the GM.

• Pre-opening experience is a plus
• Good written and spoken English
