Our client is a 25 bed Critical Access not for profit hospital centrally located in California. Minutes to wine country and over 300 wineries!

Our client is seeking a full-time Pediatrician to join our team in South Monterey County, CA. This position offers a competitive salary, flexible scheduling with 8-hour or 10-hour shifts, and the opportunity to practice in one of our three outpatient clinics. Physicians will see a MANAGEABLE patient load in a well-supported setting with on-site laboratory and imaging services. For those interested, there are also opportunities for inpatient pediatric care at our affiliated acute care hospital. Additionally, providers may qualify for student loan repayment programs through NHSC or SLRP.

Our pediatricians work in a collaborative and supportive environment, with access to multidisciplinary specialists and a strong commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Active California Medical License (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• DEA License with prescribing authority in California
• BLS and PALS Certification (preferred)
• Ability to provide outpatient pediatric care in a rural health setting
• Interest in serving a diverse, underserved patient population
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking providers strongly preferred to better serve our community
