Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients

  • Implement and modify treatment plans to improve strength, mobility, coordination, and functional independence

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using an electronic medical record system

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive patient care

  • Provide guidance and supervision to Physical Therapy Assistants and Physical Therapy students as applicable

Qualifications

  • Doctorate or master’s degree in physical therapy from an accredited program (or expected graduation)

  • Active Oklahoma Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain, including upcoming board exam candidates

  • Experience in pediatrics or a strong interest in pediatric physical therapy

  • Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a collaborative, team-focused mindset

  • Spanish-speaking ability is a plus but not required; interpreter support is available
