Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients

Implement and modify treatment plans to improve strength, mobility, coordination, and functional independence

Maintain accurate and timely documentation using an electronic medical record system

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive patient care

Provide guidance and supervision to Physical Therapy Assistants and Physical Therapy students as applicable
Qualifications
-
Doctorate or master’s degree in physical therapy from an accredited program (or expected graduation)

Active Oklahoma Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain, including upcoming board exam candidates

Experience in pediatrics or a strong interest in pediatric physical therapy

Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a collaborative, team-focused mindset
-
Spanish-speaking ability is a plus but not required; interpreter support is available
