Compensation
$80,000 - $125,000 base salary
5 weeks of PTO (Plenty of time for festivals and mountain biking)
Student Loan Forgiveness (Public Service Loan Forgiveness eligible)

Responsibilities
Manageable Pace: 10 patients per day with a focus on quality over quantity
75% Productivity Goal: Designed to prevent burnout and keep the vibe positive

Shift
Monday – Friday
Day shift
No weekends! No holidays! (Protect your leisure time)

Requirements
Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (TX license)
Experience in infant handling, cardiac babies, and torticollis preferred
New graduates are welcome! We value fresh perspectives and energy
Strong desire to work in a collaborative, large-team environment
A passion for pediatrics and a drive to stay in Austin long-term
