Compensation
$80,000 - $125,000 base salary
5 weeks of PTO (Plenty of time for festivals and mountain biking)
Student Loan Forgiveness (Public Service Loan Forgiveness eligible)
Relocation assistance (If you're currently stuck somewhere that isn't Austin)

Responsibilities
Manageable Pace: 10 patients per day with a focus on quality over quantity
75% Productivity Goal: Designed to prevent burnout and keep the vibe positive
Holistic & Specialized Care: Gait training, aquatic therapy, and sports medicine
Advocacy: Empowering families through education and adaptive equipment
Shift
Monday – Friday
Day shift
No weekends! No holidays! (Protect your leisure time)

Year-Round Activity: 300 days of sunshine for hiking, patio-sitting, and outdoor concerts

Requirements
Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (TX license)
Experience in infant handling, cardiac babies, and torticollis preferred
New graduates are welcome! We value fresh perspectives and energy
Strong desire to work in a collaborative, large-team environment
A passion for pediatrics and a drive to stay in Austin long-term
