Location: Texas Medical Center Setting: Pediatric Critical Care Schedule: Full-Time, Rotating Shifts

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver expert care using ECMO technology for critically ill pediatric patients

  • Collaborate with physicians, perfusionists, and critical care teams in real-time during emergent cases

  • Ensure accurate monitoring, documentation, and response to ECMO status

  • Support pre-ECMO prep, on-circuit care, and weaning protocols

  • Participate in ongoing training, simulations, and process improvements

  • Help drive exceptional outcomes through evidence-based pediatric critical care


What You’ll Need

  • RN license in the state of Texas (or compact eligibility)

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

  • Experience in pediatric ICU, CVICU, or ECMO preferred

  • Strong clinical judgment, calm under pressure, and excellent communication skills
