Payroll Specialist

CBIZ Talent Solutions has been engaged by our well-established Queens, NY based Real Estate client, to identify a Payroll/Human Resource Specialist to join their team. This position requires the candidate to be full time, on site.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full payroll process
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
  • Human Resources responsibilities including employee benefits programs, workers compensation, disability, FMLA, payroll related insurance claims
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding and the annual open enrollment for employee benefits.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of process improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of payroll experience required.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
Pay: $65-75K DOE + performance based year-end bonus and outstanding benefits!
Hours: 9-5
