Located in Greenway plaza this is a temp to hire (will be contract for at least 6 months to one year). WFH on Mondays and Fridays after training is complete. Work in office on Tues/Wed/Thurs. 9/80 schedule.

Responsible for the processing of biweekly and monthly payrolls for 1200 to 2,000 employees located in various states. Payroll processing includes reconciliation of earnings, deductions, and taxes, running audit reports and submitting reconciliations to management for review and approval.

• Work with managers to ensure that the worked time for non-exempt employees is approved by the established deadline.
• Payroll Input as needed.
• Payroll Tax Adjustments and company reclasses.
• Process On Demand Payments & Manual payments as needed.
• Process EIB Loads
• Run/audit Payroll Integrations.
• Tax and Payment elections set-ups/audits.
• W2 Corrections as needed
• Garnishment/Tax Levy Set-ups.
• Stuffing and distribution of payroll checks and pay slips.
• Manage Case Management and the Payroll Help Line - Assist Human Resources, Benefits, and employees with payroll related questions.
• Special projects and responsibilities as assigned.
• 2 years corporate payroll process experience
• General knowledge of payroll principles including overtime and tax withholding calculations.
