Our client is the global leader in quality of life services, an essential factor in individual and organizational performance located in Bangkok, Thailand.

Title of Position: Payroll Manager

Package: 75,000 - 85,000 Baht

Benefits: Local Package

Key Competencies:

  • This person would have had at least 5 years experience at this level with at least 10 years of payroll experience overall. This experience will include working closely with all staff levels from factory floor to Director.
  • A background which demonstrates a strong systems focus, and the ability to build and develop tight, accurate internal controls that provide timely accurate payrolls.
  • This background will also display a preparedness to get involved with the work and be “hands on” in day to day operations and then have the ability to pass across the work to staff.
  • The person must also have shown the ability to manage staff, handle conflict and build strong relationships within the organisation.
  • Knowledge of payroll processing (both in-house and bureau) and the interpretation of industrial awards and labour workplace legislation.
  • Competent in Excel
  • Staff Management.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles
  • Problem solving skills
