About Our Client

Our client who is a well established, well recognized company is seeking a talented Payroll Administrator to join their high performing payroll team.


Responsibilities

  • Process payroll using Ceridian Dayforce payroll system
  • Monitor time and attendance
  • Audit Payroll output
  • Analyze and calculate accuracy of associate accruals
  • Reconcile and resolve payroll GL issues
  • Audit and reconcile any ROE discrepancies
  • Provide vacation back up for other team members
  • Be required to support store management and office staff on all payroll, benefits, and processing issues including verifying records of employment.
  • Be required to work with vendors and outside government agencies.
  • Support and/or analyze associate payment when required.
  • Be required to work in conjunction with system upgrades or modifications.
  • File payroll associated information.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of high volume payroll experience
  • Ceridian Dayforce will prove is required
  • Process improvements and systems savvy with strong multi provincial experience
  • Strong Canadian legislative requirements and CRA regulations
  • Advanced Excel skills, including lookup, pivot tables, data manipulation and analysis
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills required
  • Must display a positive attitude, be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Multitask and meet deadlines under pressure
