Payment Services Supervisor
Location: Jefferson City MO
Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Payments department in compliance with Credit Union policies, providing guidance and decision-making on payment-related issues, and supporting both staff and members. This role manages and assists with card services, ACH activity, bill payments, wires, online and instant payments, and other payment methods, while serving as an escalation point and liaison between branches, staff, and members. The position includes supervising and training employees, supporting hiring and performance evaluations, analyzing payment trends with leadership to improve efficiencies, and ensuring high-quality member support primarily via phone but through any requested channel.
