Job Description
Client Summary:

Position Responsibilities:
  • Identify, engage, and close enterprise-level opportunities with payers, focusing on provider data management and scheduling solutions.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers in payer organizations.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with business objectives and exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead complex sales cycles that involve multiple stakeholders and require a consultative, value-based approach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and implementation.
  • Provide ongoing client education on how solutions optimize payer-provider interactions and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and payer challenges to position solutions effectively.
Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas in the healthcare technology space.
  • Strong understanding of payer operations, provider data management, and healthcare interoperability.
  • Ability to provide a C-level client reference demonstrating past success in payer sales.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and closing deals with high-value clients.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior-level stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a hunger for success.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
  • Experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions to payers.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation in healthcare and a solid understanding of the payer-provider ecosystem.
  • Rolodex of payer contacts is a plus, but not required.
