- Enables informed decision-making, reduces operational friction, and enhances patient outcomes.
- Optimizes workflows for providers, payers, and patients, giving them more time to focus on delivering quality care.
- Utilizes innovative, data-driven solutions to improve the healthcare experience for all stakeholders.
- Identify, engage, and close enterprise-level opportunities with payers, focusing on provider data management and scheduling solutions.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers in payer organizations.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with business objectives and exceed revenue targets.
- Lead complex sales cycles that involve multiple stakeholders and require a consultative, value-based approach.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and implementation.
- Provide ongoing client education on how solutions optimize payer-provider interactions and enhance operational efficiency.
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and payer challenges to position solutions effectively.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas in the healthcare technology space.
- Strong understanding of payer operations, provider data management, and healthcare interoperability.
- Ability to provide a C-level client reference demonstrating past success in payer sales.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and closing deals with high-value clients.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior-level stakeholders.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a hunger for success.
- Experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions to payers.
- Familiarity with digital transformation in healthcare and a solid understanding of the payer-provider ecosystem.
- Rolodex of payer contacts is a plus, but not required.
