CBIZ Talent Solutions is assisting our client in their search for a Payer Enrollment Specialist.

Job Summary

The Payer Enrollment Specialist role is responsible for credentialing providers and completing various payer enrollment tasks.

Responsibilities

• Complete provider credentialing and re-credentialing applications; monitor applications and follow-up as needed.
• Maintain copies of current state licenses, DEA certificates, malpractice coverage and other required credentialing documents for dental providers
• Ensure credentialing requirements are documented and met
• Track and report on provider effective dates with insurance carriers
• Maintain provider files, and information in credentialing database.
• Work in a solo capacity yet be able to contribute to team calls & projects.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred, High school diploma, or GED required
• 1-2 years of credentialing experience
• Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)
• Tech Savvy - able to learn new programs or software easily
• Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office programs, including but not limited to Outlook, Excel, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Ability to work from home
• Great attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to learn quickly
• Strong communication skills – written and oral
