- Own and grow key accounts, driving renewals, expansions, and long-term strategy while building executive relationships
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles, including discovery, solution design, and ROI-driven value articulation
- Partner cross-functionally to position and close solutions aligned to customer business outcomes
- Navigate multi-stakeholder deals, drive executive alignment, and lead negotiations and deal structuring
- Manage pipeline, forecasting, and account planning while serving as the voice of the customer internally
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in the contact center, IVR/IVA, conversational AI, or CX technology space
- Proven success selling into large healthcare payers or highly regulated enterprises
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding $1M+ annual quotas
- Deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles, executive selling, and complex deal navigation
- Experience using Salesforce for forecasting, pipeline, and account management
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Willingness to travel to customers as needed (25–30%)
- Healthcare payer domain expertise (Medicaid, Medicare, Commercial)
- Experience selling conversational AI, IVR/IVA, omnichannel messaging, or SaaS platforms
