Work hours: Willing to work any hours/shifts/holidays/weekends depending on the flight schedule (No night shifts)
Compensations: 59K-75K (DOE)

Main Job duties:
- Supervise/oversee all aspects of the operation at the airport
- Assist Managers in ground operations including contract workers
- Responsible to oversee and monitor all aspects of the flight turnaround
- Administer/support scheduling, deployment and general management of contracted Staff
- Oversee/assist all cargo and mail handling
- Review contracted expenses for accuracy and submitting for payment within specified deadlines
- Coordinate with headquarters for resolutions of recurring service problems or irregularities
- Participate in performance review and contribute to the personnel decision-making process (i.e. hiring, performance evaluations, salary, promotions, termination, etc.)
- Prepare/assist reports
Minimum Requirements:
- Eligible to work in Canada (No visa sponsorship provided)
- At least 10 years of experience in airport passenger operations
- Bilingual (Fluent in English/Japanese or other language) preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or any equivalent combination of education and experience
- Professional presentation and excellent customer service skills
- Available to work any hours/shifts/holidays/weekends
- Proficiency in MS office
- able to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Knowledge of accounting software an asset
- Required completion of Covid-19 vaccination
