Company: Our client is a leading provider of cloud-based software that automates and manages fraud and dispute processes from beginning to end. They are solving a mission-critical challenge for banks, credit unions, processors, sponsor banks and fintechs by streamlining every step of the consumer transaction dispute process. Not just credit card fraud...this includes, ACH, Wire, Person to Person, Billpay, ATM's and Checks! They are trusted by processors and fintech issuers across credit, debit, prepaid, and virtual card programs, processing millions of dispute cases annually across Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and NACHA rails. They are growing and adding Talent to the GTM team.
Position: The Partnerships Executive is focused on the following
- Source and manage a pipeline of partnership opportunities across four strategic partnership categories: Issuer Processor Managed Services (OEM/White-Label) and Distribution Platforms (Embedded/Rev Share)
- Source, recruit, and activate new strategic partners — with primary focus on Tier 1 and Tier 2 issuer processors (Fiserv, FIS, Jack Henry, Velera, Galileo, Marqeta, i2c, TSYS/Global Payments) and digital banking platforms (Q2, Alkami, Backbase, Narmi, Finastra).
- Manage the complete partner lifecycle: initial outreach, value assessment, pilot/POC scoping, contract negotiation, and ongoing performance management.
Location: Remote Office, Major US City
Travel: expect up to 40% for prospect meetings, conferences, sales meetings etc
Compensation: base + commissions = OTE is 2x Base (with this comp plan you are doubling your base salary when you hit quota)
Requirements :
- 5+ years of experience commercializing SaaS partnership agreements and contracts with core, digital, payments, and/or the fraud/disputes sector.
- Existing network of senior contacts with core processors and/or Digital Banking companies
- Experience generating pipeline and revenue through strategic partnerships, with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed quota targets.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and closing skills in a partnership context, with comfort navigating large, complex organizations with 12–18 month sales cycles
