Contract Paralegal – Litigation & Insurance Defense

We’re seeking a skilled Contract Paralegal to step in during a medical leave and provide critical support to a busy Litigation and Insurance Defense practice. Key Responsibilities

• Provide case management support across active litigation and insurance defense matters

• Draft, proofread, and format legal documents, pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and correspondence

• Assist with document review, production, and trial preparation

• Maintain case files, calendars, and deadlines

• Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and internal team members

• Support attorneys with research, organization, and general administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of paralegal experience; litigation experience strongly preferred

• Knowledge of NH state and federal court procedures

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently

• Proficiency with legal document management systems, Microsoft Office, and related tools
