Are you a proactive, detail-oriented legal professional looking to support high-impact litigation cases? A respected law firm is seeking a Paralegal Assistant to join its Litigation and Dispute Resolution team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work alongside attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants in a dynamic and professional environment where initiative and strong organizational skills are highly valued.
What You'll Do:

Assist with filings, document drafts, case organization, and administrative support

Review and organize legal documents, manage e-discovery, and create deposition/trial binders

Communicate with courts, clients, third parties, and opposing counsel

Prepare and e-file legal pleadings, subpoenas, and discovery materials

Coordinate with experts, track deadlines, and maintain accurate electronic case files

Proofread legal documents and ensure all citations and exhibits are in order

Manage busy calendars and prepare billing materials for clients
What You Bring:

3–5 years of legal administrative experience, preferably in litigation

Undergraduate degree and/or Paralegal Certificate required

Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills

Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to multitask, work independently, and handle sensitive matters professionally
