Job Description

Job Location: Downtown Honolulu Compensation: $18-20/hour
Employment Type: Temporary- Part Time Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-12:30pm




Key Responsibilities:
  • Waste Management: Regularly move large and heavy trash bins to designated collection areas.
  • Groundskeeping: Perform regular lawn care duties, including cutting grass and trimming hedges to maintain an attractive exterior.
  • Cleaning Services: Clean and sanitize designated indoor areas, including but not limited to restrooms, common areas, and offices.
  • Laundry Area Maintenance: Clean and organize the laundry area, ensuring it is tidy and functional.
  • Exterior Cleaning: Maintain the cleanliness of the building's exterior, including sweeping walkways and removing debris.
  • Surface Cleaning: Wipe down railings, door handles, and other high-touch surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the property.





Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, including full trash bins.
  • Experience operating basic lawn care equipment (e.g., lawnmower, hedge trimmer) is preferred.
  • Proven ability to perform general cleaning tasks effectively and efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
