PROJECT ACCOUNTANT

A Premiere Real Estate Company Developing Communities is seeking a Project Accountant with construction accounting experience.

The Team is seeking someone with a collaborative background responsible for accounting and finance activities.

• Review subcontractor invoices.
• Work with construction budgets and schedule of values.
• Prepare and submit loan packages.
• Process bank reconciliations
• Journal entries
• Work with construction contracts.
• Special projects.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
2+ years of experience.
Construction, development, real estate background.

Proficiency with G702/G703 a plus!

Strong organizational skills.
