PLC/HMI Product Manager
Job Description
As a Product Manager, you will drive the vision, strategy, and success of our product line, focusing on user needs and collaborating with engineering teams. This role demands strong commercial acumen to achieve business objectives and requires building effective relationships with executive leadership, product management, engineering, and other departments to implement strategies across operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop product strategy aligned with business goals, targeting specific markets and customer profiles.
- Manage the New Product Introduction (NPI) plan, pricing structure, inventory control, and RMA processes.
- Conduct market research and analyze economic and competitor data to identify product needs.
- Create sales presentations, training materials, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in trade shows to promote products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 5+ years of product management experience.
- Strong technical and commercial understanding of relevant products.
- Excellent communication, research, data analysis, and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and effective presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; Mandarin language skills are a plus.
