Job Description
Position: Part-Time Technical Sales Support
Role Overview:
Apollo Technical is seeking a part-time Technical Sales Support Specialist to introduce
products to customers and respond to customer inquiries. Initially, the role will involve up to
five 1-hour online customer meetings per month, with an occasional on-site visit every
three months alongside an engineer if requested by the customer. This position is
remote, with the potential for a full-time transition in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support
o Introduce software and provide product explanations.
o Conduct Q&A sessions with customers.
2. Training Requirements
o Completion of 10 hours of online training to gain an in-depth
understanding of products and technology.
o Training is structured as 2-hour sessions over five days.
Qualifications:
Experience:
o Required: Experience in PLC engineering or automation fields.
Technical Skills:
o Strong understanding of PLC-controlled automation systems.
o Experience with Allen-Bradley PLC programming (Preferred: Siemens and
Mitsubishi PLC experience).
