PERSONAL INJURY LITIGATION PARALEGAL

Our client needs a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal who has experience and can:

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial.
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, and correspondence.
• Obtain, organize, and summarize medical records, bills, and accident documentation.
• Maintain case files, calendars, deadlines, and attorney schedules.
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel.
• Prepare demand letters and settlement packages.
• Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit lists, witness files, and trial notebooks.
• Ensure timely follow-up on case tasks and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications:

• Prior personal injury litigation experience preferred (small-firm experience a plus).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle a fast-paced caseload.
