Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing Professional Employer Organization (PEO), is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a PEO Sales Representative. With a commitment to providing comprehensive HR solutions, we empower businesses in Dallas and beyond to focus on their core operations while we handle the complexities of human resources, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.
Position Overview: As a PEO Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base by identifying and cultivating relationships with businesses in the Dallas area. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales of our PEO services, creating value for clients through tailored HR solutions that enhance their operational efficiency and employee satisfaction. This role requires a strategic approach to sales, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the PEO industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities by prospecting, cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing relationships within the Dallas business community.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand potential clients' HR challenges and present customized PEO solutions that align with their business goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies, including targeted marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, utilizing CRM tools to track and manage leads through the sales process.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in employment laws to position [Your Company Name] as a leader in the PEO space.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
