  • Experience in independently using various tools to troubleshoot and resolve critical hardware and technical processes
  • On-call after hours as first line of support for the automation team
  • Diagnose and coordinate replacement of process systems to include: PC, TC, Cameras, Networking, and other related equipment
  • Maintain department backups, updates, inventory, and documentation
  • Identify and help coordinate opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Support Hardware/Technical Team Functions.
  • Act and respond as the first point of contact for all calls concerning department supported equipment and coordinate involvement of engineering team
  • Work with internal and external business units to meet best practice standards
  • Maintain camera systems connectivity and recorded data (400+ cameras)
