Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides Proximity support to end users
  • Imaging new PC’s.
  • Swapping out/moving computers (MAC)
  • Distributing/replacing phones etc.
  • Solves, analyzes and updates tickets for effective ticket resolution and reporting
  • Resolve incidents and requests per Service Level Agreements
  • Meets monthly targets for Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
  • Administrates and manages the telephony system
  • Utilizes the tools guaranteeing the coherence of infrastructure
  • Performs a permanent inventory and manages the different components of the different networks components
  • Installs the active part of the connections (hubs, bridges, routers), respecting the procedures of installation, connection ... hardware and software;
  • Adheres to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture;
  • Regular, predictable attendance is required;
  • Other duties may be assigned.
