Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provides Proximity support to end users
Imaging new PC’s.
Swapping out/moving computers (MAC)
Distributing/replacing phones etc.
Solves, analyzes and updates tickets for effective ticket resolution and reporting
Resolve incidents and requests per Service Level Agreements
Meets monthly targets for Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
Administrates and manages the telephony system
Utilizes the tools guaranteeing the coherence of infrastructure
Performs a permanent inventory and manages the different components of the different networks components
Installs the active part of the connections (hubs, bridges, routers), respecting the procedures of installation, connection ... hardware and software;
Adheres to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture;
Regular, predictable attendance is required;
Other duties may be assigned.
