PA & FOH Job Description
A growing investment firm seek a bright, charismatic PA to join their close-knit team. This is a busy role with lots of potential growth!
Marcilly Recruitment is working with a lovely investment firm in the heart of Mayfair. They have continued growth year on year since inception, and they are now looking for a new PA & FOH to join their growing team. The company culture is very important to them, with it being a non-hierarchical environment where support staff are truly appreciated and not at all pigeonholed.
This team PA role will be assisting six members of the senior team, this includes c-suite members and partners.
Role: PA & FOH
Salary: £40K - £55K depending on experience

Hours: 09:00 – 18:00
Location: Mayfair - office based five days a week
Start date: happy to wait a notice period
PA & FOH Duties / Responsibilities
- Overseeing FOH duties and facilities management
- Diary management and meeting support for the senior leadership team – four members in total including COO
- Heavy travel booking including detailed itineraries for the UK and globally
- Expenses and finance admin
- Correspondence for the team
- Client relationship management
- General admin work such as document production, filing and database management
- Cover other EA’s duties or reception when other team members are on annual leave Gatekeeping and heavy phone management
- Booking cars, restaurants reservations and running errands
- Arrange staff and client events
- Help with managing daily staff lunches
- Create marketing materials and assist in printing and binding presentations
- Assisting in the smooth running of the office
- Stock management
PA & FOH Requirements
- Strong academic grades, a degree is desirable
- Minimum of two years’ professional experience where strong administrative skills have been demonstrated
- Strong communication skills and exceptional grammar is a must
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- A proactive team player who is happy to assist in different areas of the business
- A confident, professional and engaging person who is able to work with very senior executives
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle constantly changing priorities
