A physician-owned, multispecialty healthcare group in the heart of Washington is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join its growing Orthopedics team. Position Highlights:

Join a dedicated Orthopedic Trauma team with experienced surgeons and APP colleagues
Full-time opportunity with a 4-day work week
Provide a mix of first assist, hospital-based care, and outpatient clinic responsibilities
Support orthopedic trauma patients throughout their care journey
Participate in on-call coverage with additional compensation for shifts
Work in a collaborative, team-based environment focused on quality patient outcomes
Educate patients and families through compassionate, clear communication
Maintain comprehensive documentation and support continuity of care

Compensation/Benefits:

Competitive compensation: $142K - $172K annually based on experience

Qualifications:

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with orthopedic or trauma experience required
Ability to obtain an active Washington State license
Strong communication skills with the ability to educate patients and families
Excellent documentation and clinical record management skills
Commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care
