An established orthopedic practice in the Boston area is seeking an experienced Orthopedic Physician Assistant to join a collaborative Spine team.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time outpatient-only position
• Join an established Spine team with two fellowship-trained Physiatrists
• Focus on evaluation and treatment of spine disorders
• Work collaboratively with orthopedic physicians and a multidisciplinary team
• No call
• No long-term opioid therapy management
• Day shift with varied schedules of 7 a.m.–4 p.m. or 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
• Personalized approach to every patient
• Strong team-oriented culture focused on quality and comprehensive care

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of Orthopedic Spine or Pain Medicine experience preferred
• Graduate of an approved Physician Assistant program
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Current, valid Massachusetts PA license
• Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)
• Federal DEA registration

Compensation & Benefits:

• Up to 24 days of paid time off
