The Role

As an Owner's Representative, you will represent the owner's interests throughout the construction process and help ensure multifamily projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with the expected level of quality.

You'll build relationships with site personnel, project administration, contractors, and customers while monitoring project performance and helping drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multifamily construction projects on behalf of the owner
Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, and overall performance
Coordinate with site personnel, contractors, administration, and other project stakeholders
Identify issues early, troubleshoot problems, and help keep projects moving forward
Maintain clear communication with project teams and customers
Build and maintain strong professional relationships throughout the project lifecycle
Help ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to quality expectations

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a construction professional who combines strong project management experience with leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

You should have:

5+ years of construction management experience
Background managing high-rise and/or multifamily construction projects, preferably up to $100 million in size
Experience in multifamily, residential, wood-frame, senior living, or similar construction is valuable
A 4-year degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with site personnel, administration, contractors, and customers
Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, quality, and project performance
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Desire to grow with an owner/developer organization
