The Role Overview
The Outside Sales Representative is a results-driven, field-based role centered on driving revenue by providing technical structural solutions to builders, contractors, and developers. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will act as a primary consultant, managing the full project lifecycle from initial blueprint review to final job site delivery. This role combines strategic business development with technical coordination. You’ll identify new partnerships, review architectural drawings for accurate take-offs, and work closely with the internal design team to ensure bids meet structural requirements. From verifying field measurements to resolving framing challenges in real-time, you are the key point of contact ensuring project success.

- Communication: Ability to engage effectively with everyone from on-site framing crews to executive developers.
