Job Description

Job Location: Waipahu Compensation: $75,000-80,000/year
Employment Type: Direct Hire - Full Time Work Schedule: Monday-Friday




Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships; generate new leads and meet revenue goals
  • Assist customers in selecting appropriate equipment and prepare bids, contracts, and payment processing
  • Conduct site visits, perform equipment demonstrations, and coordinate equipment delivery with mechanics
  • Monitor competitor activity and support local marketing efforts to increase market share
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and customer records



Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in equipment rental or construction industry (10+ years preferred)
  • Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to learn and demonstrate equipment use; willingness to travel locally/off-island
  • Valid driver's license; ability to pass drug test and equipment operation training (forklift/aerial lift)
  • Computer skills (MS Office) and ability to prepare contracts and reports
  • Ability to work extended hours as needed and perform occasional physical tasks including lifting and equipment handling
