Outside Sales Representative – Southwest Territory
Location: Home Office – Must be based in Texas
Travel: 30–50% (Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska)
Industry: Manufacturing, Packaging, Recycling, Waste Management
Compensation: Competitive base + Uncapped Commission
Reports To: Regional Sales Director
This Outside Sales Representative role offers the opportunity to manage national accounts, develop new business, and drive revenue growth in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients

- Utilize CRM systems for sales tracking and reporting
- Provide insights into market trends and competitor activity
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth
Qualifications and Experience
- 3-5 years of outside B2B sales experience, preferably in a commodity-based industry
- Experience in manufacturing, packaging, recycling, or waste management is preferred
- Strong existing connections in the region are highly valued
- Proficiency with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or HubSpot
- Ability to work independently and manage a regional sales territory
- Willingness to travel 30–50% of the time within the assigned territory
