Outside Sales Representative

Position Overview:
This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a consultative, relationship-focused sales environment. You’ll have the opportunity to work independently while receiving strong support and training. You’ll inherit an existing customer base and be expected to nurture, develop, and grow those relationships while identifying new opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and grow an established book of business
- Build and strengthen relationships through in-person customer visits
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide technical expertise and consultative sales support
- Develop tailored solutions to meet customer needs
- Travel locally to visit clients (minimal overnight travel)
- Work from your home office with field-based customer interaction
What You Bring:
- 5–10 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in industrial or technical products
- Proven ability to grow accounts and uncover new opportunities
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Comfortable with a consultative, solution-based sales approach
- Background in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering preferred (other technical degrees considered)
- Experience with SAP B1 is an asset
- Ability to meet client-specific compliance requirements
