As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll take charge of field sales activities, engaging directly with potential and existing clients to drive business growth. Your role will involve understanding client needs, promoting relevant products or services, and ensuring a seamless customer journey from initial contact to final sale.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with prospective and current clients.
  • Identify and target new clients through various methods, including networking and cold outreach.
  • Utilize product knowledge to align offerings with client requirements.
  • Market company products to both existing and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with management to expand the customer base.
  • Address client inquiries, provide product information, quotes, and bid specifications.
  • Negotiate pricing and service agreements, prepare contracts and process orders.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate order processing and distribution.
  • Regularly update management on account status and leads.

Background and Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience.
  • Previous exposure to the Fiberglass Composites industry preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in relationship building, negotiation, and communication.
  • Upholds high standards of integrity and ethics.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
