With a focus on regaining and growing accounts in the region, they are looking for an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join their team.

The Role: We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Outside Sales Representative to cover the Metro West Boston territory. Reporting directly to the owner/client initially, you will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, driving sales growth, and regaining lost accounts. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and account development. While there is no specific education requirement, prior experience in exterior building materials sales is preferred.

Benefits and Compensation:

• Base Salary: $50,000
• Commission: 10% of gross profit to start
• "All in" Compensation: Expected $80,000 - $100,000 in year 1
• Gas card and car allowance provided
• Hybrid/remote work option after initial office-based training
