The Role
Our client is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to develop relationships with high-end custom home builders, architects, and design professionals. This individual will focus on driving new business and growing market share across the Northeast while representing a premium, highly customized product offering.
The ideal candidate is comfortable walking onto job sites, speaking with builders and architects, and managing longer sales cycles associated with custom projects.

Key responsibilities include:
- Develop relationships with luxury home builders and design professionals
- Identify and win new project opportunities
- Manage projects from specification through completion
- Represent a premium custom millwork product line in the market
- Base salary around $70K with uncapped commission
- First year earnings expected in the $90K to $100K range
- Medical and dental benefits
- 401K available after 60 days
- Company vehicle, laptop, iPad, and travel expenses provided
