The Role:
We’re hiring an Outside Sales Representative to join the team based in Las Vegas, NV. This role focuses on selling roofing materials—including clay, concrete tile, asphalt, and TPO—to contractors across both remodel and new construction segments. Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years of experience in exterior building products, are bilingual, and thrive on building face-to-face relationships in the field.

We’re hiring an Outside Sales Representative to join the team based in Las Vegas, NV. This role focuses on selling roofing materials—including clay, concrete tile, asphalt, and TPO—to contractors across both remodel and new construction segments. Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years of experience in exterior building products, are bilingual, and thrive on building face-to-face relationships in the field.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary, plus uncapped commission (top reps earn $150K–$180K+)
- Monthly mileage reimbursement + expense account
- Health, dental, vision, and 401(k)
- Monday–Friday schedule, no overnight travel
