Outside Sales Rep Trainee
JTL is representing a RTP, NC client that sells IT technical products, services and solutions and they are seeking sharp, new BS grad for a sales training role which will lead to an Outside Sales position in 6 months.
Responsibilities:
Meet or exceed monthly sales objectives.
Will be given a local territory and an assigned account list. You will provide customers with the highest standard of customer service through follow up contact and consultation after the sale to protect and grow market share in that assigned territory.
Maintain cooperative working relationships with all necessary departments to ensure sales are generated and are processed efficiently to achieve customer satisfaction.
Contact cold and warm prospective customers through a combination of telephone, drip marketing, email and in person contact to obtain appointments for sales meetings, prepare presentations and proposals.
Close sales, gather all detailed information, and develop a sales plan for those accounts.
Qualifications:
Recent BS/BA Graduate
History of success (prior sales experience, grades, part time employment, internships, awards, etc).
Effective customer relations.
A driven, decisive, organized and results oriented approach.
Must have very strong presentation, organization and interpersonal skills that set you apart
Must have PC hardware and software expertise is required
