We have partnered with a growing distributor of thermally modified and tropical hardwoods to identify a bilingual Outside Sales Rep for the Florida market. This is an expansion position with a heavy focus on developing pull-through business for distribution partners by leveraging relationships at the builder, contractor, and architect levels, so strong networking experience is a must. This role offers a great compensation plan with base salary plus uncapped incentive pay!. This role is ideal for a driven, customer-focused sales professional who understands the nuances of selling high-end lumber and decking materials. The selected candidate will have a demonstrated history of sales achievement and be bilingual in Spanish and English.
