Outside Sales Professional

We're seeking an experienced B2B sales leader to drive growth and potentially step into a Sales Manager role in the future. With over 50 talented team members and annual revenues exceeding $15M, they are positioned for exciting expansion into new markets and industries.
Job Duties:
- Drive new business acquisition through multiple channels including face-to-face meetings, social media, and trade shows
- Leverage CRM systems to maintain strong customer relationships
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Travel to build and maintain client relationships
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in metal fabrication/OEM markets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field
- Proven track record of new customer acquisition
- Experience with modern sales tools and CRM systems
- Understanding of manufacturing and fabrication processes
- Union environment experience a plus
