Job Duties:

  • Drive new business acquisition through multiple channels including face-to-face meetings, social media, and trade shows
  • Leverage CRM systems to maintain strong customer relationships
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Travel to build and maintain client relationships
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in metal fabrication/OEM markets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field
  • Proven track record of new customer acquisition
  • Experience with modern sales tools and CRM systems
  • Understanding of manufacturing and fabrication processes
  • Union environment experience a plus
